Every year the MRWS hosts an outdoor painting event- inviting local artists from all over Central Alberta to come out and spend a day painting the beautiful Medicine River and the lands that surround it.
Following the day of painting, the artists have an opportunity to showcase and sell their original art to members of the community at a hosted social gathering. 10% of sales goes toward supporting the work of the society.
